Have your gift matched up to $8,000!

Established in 2021 by the late Donna Parr ‘91 to carry out the legacy of her late husband, Dr. Richard Parr ‘67, emeritus faculty in the School of Health Sciences in The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions.

The Parr Internship Fund is intended to provide support for motivated, hard-working students in the Exercise and Health Sciences Majors to participate in the best possible internship experience for their professional goals. These internships are typically unpaid and generally full-time experiences. Students also have to pay for their internship credit hours while participating. The Parr Internship Fund provides financial support for students while they grow professionally, with the hopes of easing their financial burden.

To further honor his family's legacy at CMU, Dr. Brian Parr ’97 has generously pledged to match your gift, dollar for dollar, up to $8,000. Please consider donating to this impactful fund and double your impact during this limited campaign!
